This multilevel home layout features great options for groups of up to 10 guests. The main level is a bright, open gathering area for the whole gang with high ceiling, great windows that let in plenty of natural light, and plenty of seating around the floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Or step out the sliding doors to your private deck with a large hot tub, a gas BBQ grill, and more great views! And look at that custom kitchen: large granite counters, a gas range, and all the gear you’ll need for whipping up everything from snacks to large holiday meals utensils. The dining table seats eight, and there’s room at the counter.
Downstairs, you’ll find a game room with a pool table and a flat-screen TV. Plus, there’s a den/TV room with yet another large flat-screen TV, so there’s no arguing about what to watch in this home — everyone can watch their favorites! The home is just a seven-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge and the ski area base (plus the free shuttle during ski season). And it’s a short walk to the Arapahoe National Forest and several Nordic ski trails and summer hiking trails.
