My Paradise located in the private urbanization Hacienda Olonche, has 24 hour security with closed circuit cameras, 2 min from the beautiful town of Olonche and 5 min from Montañita.
My Paradise is more than a vacation rental, it is the combination of natural elements: the beach, the sea, the countryside and the mountains creating a unique and diverse environment.
It is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the tranquility and beauty of nature.
A family and safe urbanization. Surrounded by green areas, social areas with swimming pools, soccer field, basketball court, skate ramp, bike paths, stables, lake with dock and hammocks to rest.
How to move around:
The parking is on the asphalt and not on the garden of the house. It has space for approximately 4 cars. You can move around the Hacienda, respecting the allowed speed and the rules of the Hacienda.
The lodging:
House of 115 mt2 of construction on a land of 500mts. My Paradise is a cozy and familiar house of 2 floors with:
- Upstairs: Master Bedroom (2.5 seater bed+nightstands+air conditioning+full bathroom+balcony+hammock) / Bedroom 2 (2 seater bed+nightstands+air conditioning+full bathroom+balcony) / Bedroom 3 (bunk bed with 2 seater mattress and 1.5 seater mattress+air conditioning+full bathroom).
- First floor: Bedroom 4 (double bed with twin mattress 2 places and mattress 1 place+air conditioning+small pedestal fan+full bathroom+open closet+1 crib mattress). Living room, air conditioning, guest bathroom, dining room with balcony and hammock, well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and utensils. Large garden with patio with fruit trees. Wifi, Direct TV (prepaid card that must be activated by the guest if required to use it), Netflix, Smart TV, audio and video equipment.
