Summit 312 is a 3rd floor unit situated in the highly-coveted Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Summit 312 is roughly a .2 mile short walk to the beach in the private resort. The kitchen is completely updated with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The laundry room can be found in the kitchen as well. The living room has a comfy couch and 2 chairs, so plenty of seating!
Just down the hallway, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, closet, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. At the opposite end of the hall, there is the guest bedroom with two double beds. The guest bathroom is located in the hall directly next tot he guest bedroom.. Guests fall in love with this stunning, budget-friendly vacation rental that is super close to the beach.
