Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). This wonderful vacation home is located in the very well-maintained and prestigious community of Calabay Parc (17-20 min to Disney). The property got recently upgrade with contemporary furniture. You will enjoy the spacious 4 bedrooms (2 with ensuite), the pool and the spa (both can be heated against additional charge), and the nicely private pool deck with tropical trees. There is a big screen TV in the main lounge (wifi connected TV with cable but also with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime... that you can use with your own credentials). There are TV's in 3 other bedrooms (only the kids/twin bedroom does not have a TV). It's close to all main restaurants (2-5 min drive) and to the parks and supermarkets (Walmart: 7 min - Publix: 5 min drive). The perfect property to entertain both adults and children. Don't wait... book this home for your next vacation.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
