Summary: We visited the area with friends, and we had a great time. The house was tiny but perfectly adequate for what we wanted! we had a very warm welcome and the house was spotless. The house is down a back ally, with parking for one car. Workington itself if not the prettiest of places in the Lakes and has a very "lively" nightlife, which suited us as we like so go out for drinks, but it was stag nights and fancy dress, not walkers pubs as you may expect! We did find a perfectly fine place to have some drinks just down the road from the house so we were more than happy! we ate in the Washington Central Hotel, the food was great but the decor is a little tired. Over all we enjoyed our visit, Tarmar, Dean, Chris & Andy xx
