Kitchen is stocked with all new utensils to make your favorite gourmet meal. New refrigerator with ice-maker, self-cleaning stove, microwave, dishwasher & garbage disposal. New clothes washer & dryer. Living room has a new 50" voice activated smart TV. There is a 32" flat screen VISIO TV in the master & VIP bedrooms. There is a screened lanai off the living room & master bedroom.
