Summary: We had an amazing stay at this location. The receptionist contacted us prior to our arrival to make sure we would have everything we needed. All three of our receptionists were always in great spirits and very attentive. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean and spacious. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite given that we were staying for a week. Room was equipped with smart tv, hair dryer and straightener that were really nice. Also the air conditioning and elevator were great for the heat wave and traveling with lots of luggage. If we are back in Rome on holiday, this is definitely where we will be staying.
