There are many festivals and car shows held on Canal Street. If you happen to be in town for the holidays, you can enjoy the Christmas parade which goes right down Canal Street.You will be close to the river for fishing or the park for a picnic that you can prepare after going to the farmers market that is held every Saturday. You are truly in the heart of town! You obviously cant forget that you are only 5 minutes from the beach and the Famous Flagler Avenue where more amazing adventures are waiting!!

Summary: Thanks for having me! It was nice to spend time in downtown NSB and the location of the house was perfect for walks to Canal and Flagler Ave. I did experience a few issues that I wanted to provide feedback about so that hopefully they can be addressed for future guests. As noted in an Airbnb message, termites swarmed the hallway where I was working in unit #4 on Nov. 11. I was promptly moved to unit #3 downstairs, which I really appreciated, but I saw signs of termites there too (namely, what looked like coffee grounds near the floor of the bathroom, from the wall to the right of the sink). While staying in unit 3, I also woke up a couple times around 5am to what I think were mice in the walls. I didn't see a mouse in the unit, but it was unsettling to hear the scratching sounds early in the morning and sometimes in the late afternoon too, so I wanted to mention that. Overall, I had a good stay, and I'd like to thank your team, especially Janene and Elizabeth, for the friendly assistance whenever I needed it.
