I'm excited to present our updated pool home in Carrollwood, Tampa FL Enjoy your private Oasis in the city, conveniently located off Veterans Expressway. Not even 20 minutes from beach! Tranquil lighting, rain shower heads, indoor sauna, fitness equipment, toys for the kids and adults will assist in making this property your go to family vacation house ❤ Screened covered porch with electricity, smart tv, pool table, dining table, bar, grill & sink, gas fire pit. Enjoy your time on the porch, but kids can be seen in the pool and most of the playground area. Back yard fully fenced.
King size bed in master room with private door to access pool. Rental includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless refrigerator, microwave, stove, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, iron, everything you need for a short or long stay. Plenty of towels and linens are provided. WIFI, Netflix, stroller, electric fireplace, many amenities are included 🤩 Centrally located, reach shopping, stadium, golf, theme parks and beaches within minutes.

Our rental is about 8 miles from Mac Dill Air Force Base, 13 miles from Busch Gardens, 16 miles from the Raymond James Stadium. Disney World, Universal Studios and other Orlando, FL Theme Parks are about 1.5hour drive.
Booking our vacation rental means you also agree not to park on grass, adhere to pool and spa safety rules, no excessive loud noise, do not sleep on living room couch. Garage is not available for guest use. No parties. You will be charged a cleaning fee upon booking our rental. Cleaners DO NOT wash dishes or pick up trash around the house. Please leave property neat and orderly or an excessive cleaning fee of $150 will be applied. If I discover a pet stayed at our home without approval & $100 pet fee submitted, you will be charged $200 If there are toys at BOTTOM of pool or unusual debris (trash) found in the pool, you will be assessed a pool cleaning fee of $150.
