Second bathroom features tub, shower and laundry with washer, dryer and linen closet. The entire unit offers a breathtaking walkaround balcony on the ocean and views of the Halifax River. On the main floor, the property features a community office with computers and printers, along with a small work out facility. The bottom floor features a gorgeous swimming pool, hot tub, sun deck with chairs and tables; along with a private access gate on the Atlantic Ocean to the beach for walking, biking and swimming. The property also features an outdoor grill space for grilling steaks and and your favorite barbeque! Ideal for friends and family.
