As you enter and walk into the fully equipped kitchen you will notice the fresh white cabinetry, striking granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the amazing ocean views while preparing a home cooked meal for the whole family. Continuing into the living area you'll find ample seating and warm coastal décor. A cream-colored leather sofa, love seat, and matching chair are all centered around a large flat screen television and provide a cozy place to relax after a fun day on the beach. The dining area offers an attractive wooden dining table with seating for 6 guests. Additional seating for 2 is available at the bar.
Glass sliders take you to the private balcony where mornings can be spent with a cup of coffee or a good book while enjoying the peaceful sounds and coastal breeze. A high top table with three chairs creates the perfect space for dining al fresco.
The master bedroom is furnished with a wood framed king size bed and offers gorgeous ocean views with another set of sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The en suite bathroom is fully updated with crisp white tones, board and batten trim, a double vanity and a freshly tiled walk in shower. The laundry area is conveniently located in this area as well.
