The Space:
Oceania 506. This recently updated condo at the Oceania Beach Club Complex is without a doubt going to be one of the highlights of your vacation! With a cool color palette, beachy décor, premium finishings, and uber-comfortable furnishings, you’ll leave this vacation feeling rejuvenated. The open floor plan gives you plenty of space to move around, and you'll be mesmerized by the stunning panoramic view of the ocean. Wake up each morning to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore and enjoy a cup of coffee on your balcony with a sea breeze. Your family will love spending time at the beach and pool, and you'll appreciate the expansive lawn with picnic tables for a sunny lunch outdoors not to mention the game room outfitted with a pool table and arcade games. - A luminous SITTING AREA that has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give direct access to the patio. The space features a plush sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen TV with cable channels + Showtime, a coffee table, and end tables that create a super comfortable place to rest and recharge between activities.
- A PRIVATE OCEANFRONT BALCONY with a table and chairs for enjoying the sea breeze while eating, drinking, or just relaxing!
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you’ll need to prepare homemade dishes if you choose to eat at home. There’s a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, and a blender for afternoon mixers.
- A BREAKFAST BAR with 2 cushioned chairs in the kitchen for keeping the cook company, a quick snack, or it can be used as a comfy place to work on your laptop if needed.
- A modern stylish DINING TABLE that can comfortably seat 6 guests.

There's a GAME ROOM on the main floor common area that you have access to with a pool table, some arcade games, and a vending machine. And there's a SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM in the building on the ground floor that you can use for a fee of $2.50 per load wash and $2.50 per load dry.
While the beach is wonderful and the pool is great at the Oceania Beach Club complex, you'll probably want to check out the rest of our town as well. Oceania is only a one block walk from Flagler Avenue - our beachside avenue featuring unique local boutiques, a variety of restaurants and bars.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment. Plus, access to the common areas and amenities at the Oceania Beach Club condo complex. The complex is wheelchair-accessible (ramps & elevators).
The Neighborhood:
- Oceania Beach Club is an oceanfront property just one block away from Flagler Avenue.
- Our beachside avenue features unique local boutiques, a variety of restaurants and bars, and even our own little post office (stop and say Hi to Patty while in town).
- There are tennis courts and a new playground just a block west.
- Back on the mainland, there are plenty of nearby golf courses, tennis courts, and marinas to check out.
- Kayaking, paddle boarding, and deep-sea fishing are available year-round.
- And there are over 13 miles of snow-white sandy beaches great for surfing, shell collecting, swimming, dolphin watching, biking, and bird watching. Sometimes even turtles!

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
There are security cameras inside and outside the building facing public areas only. There are none inside the apartments.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Please note that these are condos owned by individual owners. Everyone is allowed to remodel/repair as they wish. Therefore, noise may be heard between 8am and 7pm.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated smoking area at the property if you must smoke. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- All guests MUST have a valid parking pass displayed and visible at ALL TIMES to prevent your car from being towed. Overnight parking passes expire at 10am. Only ONE overnight pass is allowed per unit. We can sell overnight passes for $10 per car per night IF we have availability. If we do not have availability you can park in the Publix parking lot or the tennis courts on Oakwood.
- We have no control over towing. We cannot call the tow company and ask them to bring back a vehicle for no charge under any circumstances.
- Golf Cart Parking – Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot even if that is your only vehicle. Please park in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires.
- Front Desk Hours 8 am until 9 pm every day.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.
Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival please drop by the front desk to get the parking pass. After that, you can gain entry/exit to the condo with a code to the digital keypad on the door. Your access code will be available to you prior to your arrival through your guest portal.
