Positive: The hosts are two delightful and open young people with children. The house has a warm family atmosphere. They both speak excellent English and share very interesting stories and useful information. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and in the apartment there was treat waiting for us in the form of bread, cold cuts, cheese and fruits. Very nice after a long journey. The location of the apartment is great. A five minute walk is a pretty big beach with lots of shade and a restaurant right on the water. The other much larger beach is five minutes by car or ten minutes away on foot. There you will find a large parking lot, a restaurant and a cocktail bar. A few steps from the apartment there are three restaurants, a well-equipped general grocery store and a fruits stall. You don't have to worry about traffic jams in Omis. The apartment is in such a place that you can get close to the old town bypassing traffic jams and park for free. The apartment is beautiful, bright and well equipped with new things. It has an amazing sea view. Here you can happily greet a new day with breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the sunset in the evening. It has underground parking but I loved parking under a green pergola with plants.
Negative: There are a few minor things to improve, but this does not affect the very good rating of this apartment. The air conditioning is a bit noisy. The toilet is a bit weird. There is always more water in the shell than you might expect. Some doors creak which is a bit of a nuisance at night.
Summary: Beautiful, bright and well equipped apartment.
