Ormond Breezes Beachside Cottage on Tarpon Ave at Ormond by the Sea.
Come and enjoy our wonderful non-smoking, beachside cottage. Built on a double lot, this is a very cute, updated, light and airy home that is large enough to be very relaxing and can sleep up to 5. Updated kitchen (w/dishwasher). We offer high speed wireless internet and digital cable. The back yard is a beautiful sanctuary which is fenced enclosed for your young ones or FIDO. This is a very quiet area of Ormond by the Sea with a no drive beach just 150 strides away. Come see the sunrise on the beach or the view the stars at night, (very little light pollution). We are just 1/4 mile away from the Northern Peninsula Regional Park which a natural unspoiled area for biking or hiking. No condos, no beach driving, NO CROWDS!
Convenient beach area, 5 or 6 minutes to the grocery store and many restaurants and other conveniences. Several restaurants offer delivery to Tarpon Ave.
The front bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the Florida room which has its own AC unit and TV.
There are chairs on the front porch to watch the terrific Florida sunsets or take the short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise.
We have a number of games and toys around the house to bring the family together around the table. There is also a small fleet of bikes in the garage for you to cruise the sidewalk on A1A or on the beach.
The driveway can hold 2 cars street parking available. No trailers allowed. No parking on the grass. Pet owners, please pick up after them.
Please recycle. Trash goes out to the mailbox on Sunday Night.
