Porches surround exterior of home! Dock on property for fishing, two mountain bikes for the trails, and kayaks available to use as well as gas Grill, Gas Firepit, and patio furniture. This canal front home is located in a private secluded community within walking distance to parks and nature preserves filled with hiking and biking trails including South Myakka State Park connector through Carlton Preserve, Deer Prairie Creek Park, Sleeping Turtles Preserves and a new Legacy trail extension to Warm Mineral Springs. (Due to Ian, the canal has areas of blockage so water depth has changed with the tides and kayaking from back yard may not be possible)
Home is 5 minutes away from I75, Publix grocery, CVS, and other conveniences. The property is located 9.5 miles from either Venice Beach or Nokomis Beach and 23 miles from the #1 beach in the USA, Siesta Key Beach. All beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, available for use.

All utensils, plates, cups, cooking pans, glass cookware, plastic storage containers, and kitchen equipment included. Full private bathroom has large stone tiled walk in shower and linen closet. Commercial size washer and dryer provided on main floor for tenant use is shared with main home.
