The cloakroom has a toilet with wash hand basin. The utility room consists of a washing machine with dryer. Access to back of the house with small patio area. The back door has a canopy. The lane from the back door allows walking access to the roadside at the front of the house. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bed side cabinets with lights, built in wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, chest of drawers. Views over the harbour and Moray Firth. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
