The property is only 2km from the motorway exit of Altare and it takes around 15 min to hit the beach. The farmhouse dates back to the 16th century with its original chapel fully restored offering guests 5 apartments for families and 2 B&B rooms.
You can enjoy the large garden with 18m pool, private sun loungers with outside eating area, a relaxing area near the woods for reading or a nice prosecco from our wine cellar. The property also has a restaurant open at weekends offering fish and meat dishes as well as a large wine list to choose a bottle to share.
There is a large friendly dog, a cat and some farm animals like a goat, a sheep, chickens, a turtle and ducks to enjoy. On the south side there is a large area with sofas to relax and a BBQ area for your use and a small wood with a children's play park.
