Positive: Was very clean, smelled fresh, and had more space than a hotel room. Has a pool and a cute view of the pond and water fountain. Loved the screened in back porch. Had everything you need that you would have in your own home. There were towels, extra blankets, all the kitchen appliances, utensils, and cookwear. They even supply beach chairs and canopy to bring to the beach. Loved that the unit had a washer and dryer. The complex was very quiet, and we felt safe there. Close to the main highway and beaches. Cortez Beach was only 11 minutes away and had many restaurants and other beaches to stop at as well! I would definitely book again and recommend to family and friends☺️
Negative: The only 2 things were the mattresses were a little hard but not terrible, and the bedroom with the balcony didn't have a remote that worked for the TV in there. Other than that, it was really nice!
