Quiet Palms is less than half a mile from the world-renowned Legacy Trail, which is a 12.5-mile-long trail that you can run or ride bikes on from Sarasota all the way to Venice. This condo is 15 minutes from most Sarasota cultural venues, endless boutiques, award-winning restaurants and is 25 minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches including Anna Maria Island, Lido Key Beach, and Longboat Key.
You will find yourself lost in paradise, with the gorgeous courtyard and fountain in front of the condo. Upon entering the condo, you will find an open concept floor plan. The large kitchen has plenty of countertop space, along with a wet bar and plenty of pantry safe. The large wooden dining table can accommodate up to six comfortably. The living room boasts views of the lake, has two large plush couches, and is the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure. Through the sliding glass doors, you will find your outdoor paradise. The lanai has unobstructed views of the lake, along with outdoor seating for six.
Your master suite awaits! This bedroom has two full-size beds, a set of sliding glass doors leading out to the lanai, and plenty of space for you to enjoy the peace and quiet. Attached is the master bathroom that has a large vanity and a large shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and plenty of space for your personal belongings. The second bathroom has an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower with grab rails.
