A lake view double king-size bedroom overlooks the poolside and offers easy access outside, as well as to an adjoining family shower room. Downstairs, the lower ground floor is equally inviting, comprising of a 2nd living room and 2 further double king-size lake view bedrooms (1 with luxury en-suite) and a family shower room.
The gorgeous panoramic lake view setting of the villa will tempt guests to kick back and relax accompanying the dining terrace and a set of sun loungers complementing the private outdoor pool. Please note that access to the villa is via a narrow uphill 200-metre road (suitable only for small-medium cars), before taking a steep downhill road to the villa’s gated entrance, where on-site parking is provided (larger cars can be parked at a free car park by the church, the driver though will then need to reach the villa on foot). From its scenic hillside location, the amenities of Belgirate can be reached by car in 2 minutes.
