Cook to your hearts content w/the full kitchen offering all essential amenities. Rest assured w/several sleeping arrangements. Enjoy ample space in the grassy area in the backyard! Wash & dry your clothes after a sandy day at the beach! End the day w/a soak in the hot tub which can hold 8.
Downtown Port Sanilac is just a few blocks away. The beach is just over a half mile away. A car may be more convenient to explore everything the village has to offer
-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).

Summary: This is a duplex, not a single family home as led to believe in the listing. The place was clean and comfortable. There is air hockey and corn hole in the garage, which was nice. We have stayed at many rentals on vacations and usually they are well stocked. This place is large enough for 4 people to stay and there are 4 bath towels/wash cloths. You will be doing laundry for clean towels/wash cloths. Also, when I stripped the sheets at the end of our stay, I was horrified to see the condition of the pillow my daughter had been sleeping on.The hot tub (which was the reason we chose to stay here) I don’t believe has been taken care of in a long time. There’s sand in the bottom of it in March. It didn’t smell like chlorine at all, but we all smelled a bit funky after getting out of it. The hot tub is also in view of the street, the neighbor’s side yard, and the front yard of another house. There’s no privacy at all and nothing to block the wind.
