The living room and dining room offer double pocket sliding glass doors onto the lanai, where you can sit in multiple settings, watch TV, grill your dinner, entertain friends, and watch the activity on the water and stunning sunsets. In the Living Room, relax on the reclining couch, reclining/rocking loveseat and reclining/rocking lounge chair, while watching your favorite shows on the 50 inch TV and turn on the electric fireplace to add to the ambiance.
Serve dinner on the 6 seat dining room table with 2 extra leaves, in the kitchen breakfast nook, at the breakfast bar, or on one of the 2 tables on the lanai, a 4 person high top table and a 6 person rectangular table.
The Master Bedroom boasts a beautifully appointed King Size bed which overlooks the water and offers abundant drawers for your clothes and personal items. Relax in the reclining lounge chair by the window with water view or watch TV. Off the bedroom is a large walk-in closet and the huge bathroom offering 2 separate sinks, abundant cabinets, walk-in block shower and separate commode. The Master Bedroom is at the opposite end of the house from the 2 additional bedrooms and additional bathroom, which can all be made private by closing the pocket door. The front of the home features a propane (supplied) fire pit for evening entertainment and enjoyment. The archway is equipped with LED lighting to add ambiance. It also has a misting feature for those hot days we all hope for, as well as a stand alone fountain. The view from the screened lanai is breathtaking every evening at sunset, as depicted in some of the pictures. There are sunblocking shade panels on every screened area, including the door, making the lanai a great place to be at any time of the day.
