Boasting 3 full bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this Florida vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Its fully-furnished walkout balconies are set for families to enjoy both the sound of the beach waves and the views of lakeside nature. Only a 10-minute drive to the East and you'll find modern outdoor green-spaces, restaurants and shops at The Big Chill on 30A. Less than 20 minutes to the West is the beauty of Seaside, Florida!
Beautifully decorated with reclaimed Amish hardwood floors on the living level and comfortable, cozy furniture throughout. Wi-fi is complimentary as well so you can stream your favorite shows, catch up on a little work, or upload your vacation photos! The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances, filtered drinking water, and everything needed to prepare your favorite meals, enjoy your coffee while you catch the early morning sunrise, or mix a special beverage while you kick back and take in the beautiful landscape and gulf view. Indoor/outdoor dining spaces are available, including booster seats for our families traveling with little ones. A charcoal grill is provided on the back covered patio so you can fire up your favorite meal and watch the kids play in the pool just behind you!
Each bedroom has a unique layout suited for family vacationers! The 1st and 3rd floor king suites are perfect for guests anticipating a quiet morning watching the sunrise. Each of these suites have ample space to also accommodate your little ones in a few of our in-home pack n' plays. An additional multi-bed kids suite resides on the 3rd floor and features a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin trundle. In our experience, the kids in the group typically rush to call "Dibbs" on this room! Large HD TV's are in both adult king suites, and an HD TV/DVD combo is provided in the kids suite (with inputs for video game systems, score)! For exceptional movie nights, the entertainment space has a queen pullout sleeper sofa...not everyone makes it through the entire show after a long day of beachside bliss and poolside fun.
