Summary: Room photos don’t match reality. More seriously, the hotel manager and reception staff disingenuously blamed hotels.com for the inaccuracy! Photos of all room categories present an additional living area - that does not exist. When making the booking, I noted there were no “suite” category rooms, further suggesting that the additional living area was real. Only it is not. The property’s listing also inaccurately claims there to be two parking options - one that is free (although not full height) and one charged at €14 / day. The free option does not exist. And again, hotel staff didn’t care that listing accuracy is their responsibility and requires truthful information.
