Positive: Just amazing! The apartment is very spacious, modern and has everything you would need. We felt this place is a great starting point to explore Tenerife (Maska, Teide, beaches...) The town is a 15-20 mins walk away. All our requests and demands were served in a best convenient way. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!
