Located in the heart of the Village at Breckenridge, this cozy studio-style condo is ideal for a couple or small family who values convenience and wants to take on Breckenridge by foot!
Every inch of space has been maximized in this open-concept studio with comfortable furnishings and warm accents. The relaxing layout provides a Queen bed, a Queen sofa sleeper, and a TV. A large window offers beautiful mountain views of Peak 9 and plenty of natural light to illuminate the interior. A full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo is outfitted to serve you and your fellow guests.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with standard appliances and the necessary items to cook a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a warm dinner on the cold nights nestled inside. The extended kitchen counter offers barstool-style seating for 2.
The unit is conveniently located in the Peak 9 building at The Village at Breckenridge - giving you the ability for a Ski-In, Ski-Out experience with two ski rental shops on site. Here you can start your day with a workout in the fitness center and unwind at the end of the day in one of four hot tubs.
The property boasts access to Maggie Pond, nearby picnic areas, hiking and biking trails. Beyond the on-site perks, this location offers you direct access to Main Street/Downtown Breckenridge where you can enjoy countless restaurants, bars, specialty stores, and the Quicksilver Superchair at the base of Peak 9. Major points of interest like the Gondola, the Nordic Center, and multiple trailheads can be reached in under a 5-minute drive. For those who want to venture out, Denver is approximately 80 miles away and can be an easy day trip.

Summary: We have stayed in this building multiple times in many units and want to call out this unit as a winner! Check-in including parking pass was a breeze and prompts via text... NOTE: the building front desk is a nightmare rented by another management company but once you are familiar with the building it makes sense. The unit was as listed with comfy fold out bed, plenty of towels, stocked kitchen with pans, utensils, and food storage containers. View of this unit was great looking at peak 8 and view of the hot tubs. We will be looking to stay in this unit again! The building is a great location for winter skiing, summer hiking and steps from downtown or the Village shops. The amenities are another winner for our family with video games, heated pool, multiple hot tubs, firepit, sauna, steam room and private rooms you can reserve for movie or x-box room.
