**Pool Heating:
If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know 48 hours in advance! There is a $50 charge per stay to heat the pool.
PARTIES & EVENTS
We do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictates no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM.
While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking this home, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
PARKING
The driveway provides plenty of parking. We recommend not to park on the street.
POOL & SWIMMING
The pool is typically at 80-85 degrees. There will be an additional $50 per stay fee if you would like the heat turned on prior to your arrival with the temperature set to 92 degrees.
There is no life guard on duty. Vacayr Management, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related or accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
SECURITY
To ensure safety, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property. We want our guests to be as safe as possible.
SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. There is an additional $500 smoking cleaning fee if any scents of smoke are within the house.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.

Summary: While our stay was average and met our BASIC needs, the photos and descriptions of the home and surrounding areas were ultimately misleading and totally outdated.We encountered inconvenience after inconvenience ranging from sluggish shower drains, sluggish toilets, a broken coffee pot (which we replaced), no dish towels (which we purchased and left for the home) broken kitchen sink faucet, and kitchen cabinets falling off their hinges. There was no foosball table as advertised - in fact it was lying in rotted, rusted ruins at the end of the driveway upon our arrival. The pool table was nearly unusable as well as it was completely unstable and had no rack. The pickle ball court and net were in awful conditions and the entire fence of the backyard was rotted, falling down, and missing many slates. The pool was not serviced on Monday as the listing stated. We were unable fully relax and enjoy the outdoor space. The area surrounding the home was extremely low rent and we questioned our safety upon arrival. The house is just clearly not maintained in any way. The walls of every room were grimy and could use a fresh coat of paint. Weeds and mold were all over the backyard and outdoor furniture and bedroom window screens were broken and askew. I read in a previous review about the moldy outdoor furniture and asked for it to be addressed before our stay and I did not receive a response nor was it cleaned.We will not stay here again.
