Positive: The possibility to sit outside the property on a terrace. We avoided being inside for as long as possible due to the cramped conditions. Cappuccino by the pool was cheap! Access to Cesenatico Camping Village only redeeming feature but a 10 minute walk away. Good WiFi.
Negative: Limited space, poor facilities, air conditioning did not reach bedrooms, no space to hang clothes so essentially we lived out of our suitcases, impossible to escape puddles that surrounded our cabin after rain, no shelter at swimming pool from the sun, kids club had one disco per night if they bothered turning up, all service grumpy as if we owed them a living, poor security, Top Story beach area stank of faeces perhaps as it was near to where a water canal ended, breakfast for 5 Euros each consisted of bread rolls as hard as rocks, croissants, milk powdered coffee, cereal served in a small glass. Security gates were open all the time! 5 Euros to use a deckchair bu the pool… for a family of 5 that’s 25 Euros per day. Watch how quick the staff are to put the loungers away once you finish using them so others can’t share them! A beach lounger was 25 Euros if you wanted one close to the sea. What??? We already paid 260 Euros per day not including extras for a cabin where you have to buy your own toilet roll and clean your own towels & linen! Poor communication from a reception area that was essentially a Portakabin. All left a real bitter taste in the mouth.
Summary: Our first impressions of the place was not great. We were not wrong.
