Summary: The cottage was a convenient stay in Palm Beach Gardens, and centrally located to be a stone skip away from great restaurants, grocery stores, and world class golf. The house is equipped with beach towels, an umbrella, and wagon - everything you need for a great beach day. My issue with the property was a level of cleanliness and the lack of response from the owner. I had asked if it would be possible to check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. I was told that it was being cleaned and wouldn't be available until 4 that evening. No problem. Upon check in I went to shower and noticed not only was the floor in the master bath sticky, but had hair in it still.
