Summary: The home is as listed. Older home has been updated. It is Florida, so we killed a bunch of bugs in the house each day. Kitchen supplies are minimal. If you want to cook, the only thing available were a couple pots and pans. No oven dishes or trays, no dish towels, or potholders. Just bring basics with you if you want to use the kitchen. The only real complaint we had was the beds. All of them appear homemade and all of them had broken crossbeams, causing the mattresses to slope to the middle. So much so that you slide into your partner and can hardly crawl out. Once proper beds are constructed or purchased, this will be a nice quiet home not too far from the beach.
