Is accessed via a private road and therefore the place is peaceful and quiet.
A natural pristine setting, spacious and pleasant, in the best geographic position to reach all places.
The property, surrounded by a garden of 5000 sqm full of various tree species maintained in perfect harmony, is the ideal setting for the newest swimming pool.
There are 3 very comfortable bedrooms available with en-suite bathrooms (6 adult bed sites + 1 child bed site). For groups of 8 adults there are available 2 bed sites more and a bathroom in the panoramic attic.
You will find a bright reading room, terrace of 50 sqm, lounge of 100 sqm which overlooks the park, independent entry and full kitchen of 100 sqm.
Large outdoor parking also is available.
The park is structured in spaces that are suitable for jogging, relaxing walks, and bicycles far from smog and chaos, in an unspoiled atmosphere, there are also solarium corners and relaxation.
