This private luxury apartment is part of a gated 5 acre private estate in Valrico, Florida. The 750 square foot, 1 BR,/1 BA apartment with living room, dining area and kitchen is newly updated attached to a 9,000 square foot main house and has a separate outside entrance and 2 car garage. It is the only rental unit on the premise. The hosts live on the property in the main house. The ammenities for guests include a resort style pool (unheated) with a walk-in beach entrance, waterfall, slide, hot tub and lazy river feature. Also complimentary are a singles tennis court, fire pit, screened porch, basketball, grill and outdoor dining areas. The owner also provides a complimentary use of beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats and towels. The apartment is furnished with a queen sized bed in the bedroom, a pull down full size murphy bed in the living area and kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink/disposal, dishes, utensils and cookware.
A Pack & Play and child gate for the stairs are available on request. Complimentary washer/dryer is located in your private garage. This is a second floor garage apartment with a separate outside entrance, garage and stairs.
