Bring your own boat, rent one locally or use the kayaks on the premises to cruise the river or head to the Gulf! Observe manatee, otters, osprey, hawks, barred owls, great egrets, herons and more on the river or from your lounge chair! Enjoy river cruises or motor to the Gulf of Mexico. Fishermen and nature enthusiasts, you'll be in heaven!

Quiet neighborhood within minutes of beautiful beaches, golf courses, amazing shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. You can walk or bike to the delightful historic town of Bonita Springs. Or just enjoy nature from your large, private back yard. We have multiple lawn chairs and lounges for sunning.
House is fully furnished, has washer and dryer, microwave, stove, fridge and central air and heat. All linens included. Dining table seats six. Barbecue grill and outdoor dining table provided. New flat screen TV with Comcast Xfinity Cable Internet.
We are 5 miles to the Gulf of Mexico and to upscale Coconut Point Mall, 10 miles to Gulf Coast Town Center, and 15 miles to world renowned 5th Avenue South in Naples. Barefoot Beach, designated by Dr. Beach as the #2 beach in the country, is only 6 miles away. The house sleeps 6 in beds. We also provide a pack 'n' play for infants. Caretaker is next door to the property.
