This remodeled 2-bedroom home is just two blocks from Ocean Beach & a 5-minute drive to the SF Zoo, located in a quiet neighborhood.
It has a full kitchen with a Viking stove. Both bedrooms and the living room have large TVs. The bathroom includes a 70+ inch tub, double sinks, and a Toto bidet toilet.
The bedrooms offer a queen bed and a full-size bed.
There is plenty of space to relax after a long day of work or travel. There is a comfy sofa and large TV in the living area. Each bedroom has a television. The full kitchen has everything needed to make a meal or just make a cup of coffee.
The one bathroom is spacious and if you love a bidet, the Toto bidet is just the best.
This apartment is on the second floor, so you must be able to climb stairs. There are two apartments in the building so you might see someone else coming and going from the building and/or hear normal apartment living noises i.e. water running, toilet flushing, etc.
Please be respectful regarding noise especially late at night or early in the morning. We want our guests to be good neighbors.
We offer 1 parking space in the driveway. There is also street parking available.

Two blocks from Great Highway, which can be crossed on foot to get to Ocean beach.
There is a sports bar, cocktail bar and Coffee House on Taraval which is two blocks from the house.
There are also restaurants on Judah which is about a 20 min walk
If they have a car or are willing to take public transit, the Sunset has great restaurants on Irving street and Noriega St.
Having a car is best in this area. Uber/Lyft is also readily available.
Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay.

- Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
- Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Be sure to turn off lights and heat when you are leaving. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
