Lovely private home located just minutes from the quaint and historic Downtown Winter Park. There is a Large backyard with porch, fire pit, deck, new chairs/tables, and screened porch. Outside there is also a hammock, ping pong table, and propane grill (bbq). There is ample parking available in the driveway and street.
The house has three bedrooms. There is a queen bed in each of the first two bedrooms and a futon in the third. There are two TVs - one in the living room and one in a bedroom. There is also a nice desk and chair in the third bedroom.
The kitchen is stocked with the essentials and recently remodeled with all modern appliances, including a Kuerig and electric kettle. The bathroom is also recently remodeled and includes brand new toilet and shower/tub.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Killarney. There are several local dining options within walking distance. You will be a short drive away from many of the main attractions, amenities, and dining options of beautiful downtown Winter Park.
