Summary: We stayed at Kathy’s house for the month of March 2025. It’s been lovingly and beautifully renovated. A lovely quiet neighborhood close to both the ocean or river. We had brought along items that are often missing from rentals but everything you could possibly need was there. Our reason for choosing this property was the heated pool.The only reason we don’t give it a 5 star rating is because there were some pool issues that were rectified in a reasonably timely fashion but of our 31 days there we were 9 days without use of the pool. Otherwise the property, location and amenities were great.
