Summary: We tried to check in but they told us we had to come back because we were too early. When we finally checked in. The pool was not filled and it was filthy. The elevator was a little shady and we were afraid to use it. So with that being said. We used the steps. My daughter fell down the steps because they were slippery. We finally got to the room and the floors were sticky. And the bathtub drain didn't work right. We dealt with it for the night but if we had to stay longer we would not have stayed.
