2 Bedroom Condo in Frisco

Our 2B/2B condo is a perfect escape in the mountains - with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and many updates to still keep you comfortable. Relax while listening to the river from our private 2nd floor balcony overlooking Ten Mile Creek.
With many updates throughout our condo, you'll find it well equipped. Our Master has a King Bed (hybrid memory foam) with attached bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom offers a Queen-over-Queen Bunk Bed, Smart TV, and a separate bathroom.
The living room features leather couches, a wood burning stove, Smart TV, and Cable/Wifi. The kitchen is well stocked with many needed amenities to meet all your cooking needs (or decide to grill!).
One of the most relaxing features is our balcony overlooking Ten Mile Creek. Despite being less than a block from Main Street and the Summit Stage stops, our condo feels very secluded and you'll get the true mountain experience (not part of a massive condo complex).
We are VRBO renters ourselves and have set up our condo to make your visit easy and memorable. Want more info? Just contact us. We're also parents of small children so we can help make your stay easier with some of the essentials. There is coin-operated laundry on-site.
We have revised our rates to EXCLUDE all Colorado, Summit County and Town of Frisco Taxes as these are collected by VRBO at the time of booking. There is also a single cleaning fee - which is also collected by VRBO. The final amount quoted by VRBO includes all fees required.
Although we love pets, our condo doesn't allow them. We are also NOT interested in long term (season long) rentals.
