Unique ,quiet, tucked in position being only 5 mins from the golden sands of Combesgate and 10 mins from Woolacombe Sands.
A 10 min amble up the hill, takes you to the quaint little coastal village of Mortehoe, hosting a choice of pubs and restaurants, a local shop and post office.
Plenty of alfresco dining, with large patio with beautiful seaviews. A large newly fitted kitchen diner enables one to host family and friends around the table.
