This upstairs living area is a favorite for family, friends and guests alike, boasting an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a lounge with large TV and a dining area with more space than pictures can capture. The space upstairs features a modern Mini Split heating and cooling system that instantly tailors your comforts at the touch of a button. We recently paved a large outdoor roofed area overlooking MT Rainier and the surrounding cascades to compliment your stay and absorb the Pacific Northwest Iconic scenery. The outdoor patio has a hot tub, a fire pit, and a propane BBQ and seating. The outdoor areas invite guests to spend many hours with their favorite someone for romantic dinners and sundowners alike.
We are surprisingly only 10 minutes from the main shopping , restaurant and movie theatre area, 30 minutes from Seatac, 55 minutes from local ski slopes and lodges, also a few minutes from the pacific raceway and Washington golf course and state parks. White water kayaking, hiking, salmon fishing, mountain biking and endless sightseeing and adventure all around the corner.
