You’ll be less than 10 minutes away from beaches and parks to enjoy, 5 minutes to the town center and 10 minutes from downtown shops and cafes.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the local adventure of kayaking and surfing at the nearby ocean parks or sunbathing at your choice of sun-kissed beaches.
Our guests use the Garden Grove Cottage as a “home base” for further adventures in Southeast Florida. You’ll have easy day-trip access to larger cities for cruise departures, key resorts, and excursions including Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Daytona Speedway, Cape Canaveral, Everglades National Park, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Miami.

-I will be available via VRBO inbox messaging to assist you and make your stay convenient or if you have any questions or concerns.
-You will have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bath house including access to the large and shady backyard, grill, boogie boards, stroller, and pack-n-play.
-*Please note: This home has an attached casita on the side where the owners sometimes stay, and is also available on VRBO. The laundry facility and backyard are are shared between both units, so you may see other guests or the owners doing their laundry or using the grill.
-The space is professionally detailed and deeply cleaned between each guest. The house keepers are given strict, detailed instructions to be carried out for each and every turnover, so you’ll be at ease knowing your space will be deeply cleaned and ready for you to relax and enjoy.
-We are very flexible and allow date changes according to calendar availability, we do our best to accommodate the needs of each and every guest.
-Our county (and neighborhood) takes noise seriously. Events/gatherings/parties by rental guests are illegal and heavily fined. The property is monitored for noise.
-County quiet hours are 10:00pm-6:00am, with reduced noise from 8:00pm.
-You'll have one 55” Smart TV, free Wifi, and no cable. No DVD player available.
