Summary: I enjoyed my stay in this one bedroom property that is 1/2 of a duplex. The property is tastefully decorated with fun touches everywhere. The living room has a comfortable sofa and chair w/ottoman, large screen TV and dining table for four. The kitchen is very well appointed with both small appliances and "gadgets". The stacked washer/dryer was very useful. Bathroom has what it needs plus some extras. The bedroom is attractive and the bed quite comfortable. My host was just wonderful!! The response time for any inquiry was spot on and very helpful. I was grateful for such a considerate host. My only suggestion would be to create more closet and kitchen space for guests. Most of the closet space is already occupied and there is an abundance of duplicated kitchenware. My stay at this property was just fine and I would recommend it for active singles or couples.
