The famous Joe Stonis Park (offers Pickle Ball), as well as Jim Jeffer’s Park (Tennis courts), are within walking distance making this a fantastic spot for families with small children.

It is a quick drive to Punta Gorda downtown, and the famous Fisherman’s Village, ten minutes to Matlacha, and forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach.

It is just a two-minute drive, or 10 min walk to the local Publix Supermarket, Walgreens, and the Burnt Store public boat ramp making this a perfect location for our guests who like to bring their own boat.

Villa RoLins Escape features double entrance doors, tiles throughout, and beautiful décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king-size bedroom options, one queen-size bed, and two twin beds, which can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in a beautifully set up.

For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.

The interior boasts a great floor plan with plenty of spacious areas to entertain and relax. Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view of the pool area and lanai.

From the large, fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as pocketsliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.

Wireless internet and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
