Welcome to La AltaVista, a newly constructed home in the quiet Historical Highland Heights neighborhood of Houston! With a rooftop patio you can start the day with a cup of coffee in the fresh morning light or relax and de-stress at the end of the day while enjoying an evening breeze.
On the North side of town, it is a convenient 15-minute drive to George Bush Airport. Also:

PETS are welcome - you MUST let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a pet (type and number required). There is a front yard and a small green space in the back. But the entirety of the property is not gated (the front), so please stay with your pet at all times outside.

La AltaVista is a private home that is located ENTIRELY on the SECOND FLOOR of the building with exclusive access to rooftop patio (no elevator); first floor is completely separate.
We have six actively recording cameras on the EXTERIOR of the property: one at each corner of the house, one on the rooftop patio and one doorbell camera for the other unit.
Note: There is some construction up and down the street (new homes) so there may be a little extra noise and a little more traffic than normal, but it shouldn't be disruptive
