Large 3 bed 3 bath home with AC on 5 acres of 360 spectacular views.
Located in the Chupadero community near Tesuque Village and close to Four Seasons Hotel Rancho Encantado Resort, Bishops Lodge Resort, Santa fe Opera and the brand new Tesuque Casino. Only 15 minutes to downtown Santa Fe Plaza and slightly more to Ski Santa Fe and Meow Wolf. 1 hour 15 min to Taos.
3200 sq ft adobe house on over 5 acres with spectacular sunset and mountain views.
3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. King bed in master and queen beds in 2 guest rooms. All beds offer relatively new super comfy mattresses.
We have Wi-Fi Internet throughout the house with range extender averaging 20 Mb download speed with high ping rate, so work from home and streaming movies, zoom calls etc are no problem.
Home also features a Baldwin upright piano.
Kitchen is fully stocked and should offer everything you'll need to cook a big family meal. We also have a gas grill.

Many large solar passive windows let in lots of natural light while offering expansive views.
This is a pet friendly home but we will need to approve pet.

Summer: House has AC in all three bedrooms. The adobe walls keep it cool in Summer but the portable AC units in bedrooms make for comfortable sleeping during hot Summer nights.
Winter: House features radiant heat upstairs and forced air heat downstairs. For really cold nights, we have a wood stove downstairs.
Air conditioning is only available in bedrooms during Summer months. One of those AC units is portable which you may move to any other common area room.
Plenty of hiking right out the back door. Or very short driving distance from house are several other hiking options including Rio en Medio and Pacheco Canyon.
