Sleeping arrangements
This oceanfront home sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the third floor, the primary king suite includes a private balcony overlooking the ocean and an ensuite bath. Two queen bedrooms on this level share a hallway bath and open to serene ocean views. Downstairs, you’ll find another king bedroom and a large bunk room featuring two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles. The bunk room offers a wraparound couch, coffee table, 60+ inch TV, and games, creating a laid-back hangout space for kids or teens. A full bathroom on this floor connects directly to the back deck and beach path, ideal for rinsing off after a swim.
Living spaces
The main living area opens to a 60-foot balcony that overlooks the ocean, a perfect spot for coffee at sunrise or wine at dusk. Inside, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV create an inviting space to relax together. A bonus room with a desk provides a quiet corner for reading or reflection.No separate media room.The bunk room includes 2 sets of bunk beds, a small wrap around couch, coffee table, TV & some misc. games, but it is all in the same room. The bottom floor of this house has the bunk room, another bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The room with the king bed does not lead out onto the back deck, nor does the bunk room. The bathroom does have a door leading out to the back deck and then down to the ocean, giving outside access to a bathroom.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen features high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry. Two dining tables seat 8 each, and a breakfast bar offers seating for 4, giving you flexibility for shared meals or casual snacks. Cooking basics, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are provided.
Outdoor living

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I booked this house for our family of 11 (7 adults, 4 teens), there were no reviews, so I’m hoping to share what would’ve helped us. Positives: The home was clean, huge and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space to spread out, the views were AMAZING from all sides of the house, we were steps from the beach, there’s a ton of deck space, the kitchen was well stocked with quality kitchenware, appliances & everything we needed to cook all meals. Water pressure & A/C worked great! Loved all the tables/chairs/couches for people to sit, eat or work. The beach was uncrowded and felt almost private. We even got to witness sea turtles hatching one night! Negatives: The front of the home sits on a busy road (55+mph traffic). The traffic noise is noticeable at certain times day & night. If you want to go for a walk on a sidewalk, you’ll have to drive somewhere. The beds/mattresses in the 2 guest rooms upstairs & bunk room downstairs were not very comfortable. Most noticeable from a maintenance perspective was that the handles on the exterior sliding glass doors were almost completely rusted off (just nubs remain to pull open/close the main doors leading to the balcony). These negatives could be overlooked at a lower price point, and I only mention that because I noticed that the price we booked it at was about $500/night higher than what I currently see as the nightly rate, (and we did not book during a holiday) so it was disappointing to feel like we overpaid. Prices are market driven and range from $400-$900/night, so keep that in mind when booking. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! But probably not at full price.
