Lanai opens to an eat out patio with a barbecue grill, a rarity in condo living. Nothing like sitting on the patio with the view and sound of the waves. The sunrise from the patio or lanai is breathtaking. Brand new stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, there is also the addition of a queen size deluxe Aero bed for 2 more. Also provided, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and wave boards. You will also finds games, puzzles and books for your enjoyment inside.

Close by you can experience beautiful old Florida in nature parks, driving down A1A or traveling along the Intercoastal waterway.
