This sprawling 3,184 sq ft brick beauty is a seaside sanctuary. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there's room for the whole crew to relax and recharge. Cook meals for up to 12 people in the fully furnished kitchen or grill it up outdoors with the electric or propane grills. Perfect for large families, the open-concept layout features two oversized living rooms, multiple workspaces and dining areas, modern tile floors throughout, and smart TVs in every bedroom—plus an 84" TV in the main living room for movie nights and game days.

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive asearlyas1PM. A lockbox with spare keys is near the front door in case of malfunction. For your safety, cameras monitor the driveway and front door. Please do not tamper with them.
Quiet Hours
Please respect Navarre’s quiet hours from 9pm–7am. This is a peaceful, residential community, and we do have neighbors with high noise sensitivity. Absolutely no loud music or party-level noise outside—especially in the evening.
Safety & Things to Know:
- Fully fenced backyard, but no pool fence – kids must be supervised at all times
- No smoking inside the home
- No pets – owner has allergies
- No lifeguard – swim at your own risk
- Florida critters: We spray regularly, but this is a sub-tropical climate—keep doors closed to minimize visitors!
The Neighborhood:
Navarre is a safe, military-friendly city with 13 total military bases within an hour drive. Holley By The Sea is a very family-oriented residential area. Please help us maintain the peace in the community so that we can continue doing what we love, hosting you! Please do not park on the grass, in the garage or on the main road.
Getting Around:
Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast. If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.
Other Things to Note:
The booking guest will be required to complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out a check-in form, and elect to pay for damage waiver protection plan or security deposit prior to receiving check-in instructions. Check-in instructions will not be sent to the guests without the agreement executed.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. The backyard is fully fenced, but there is no gate around the pool. Please watch your children at all times. The management company and owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage.
We love pets, but unfortunately we don’t allow them in the property as the owner has sensitivities to pet allergens.
Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 8 (up to a maximum of 12 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Sea Queen in great shape for everyone!

If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages 24/7 to ensure timely support.
Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.
