Vista Encantada is a gated community in the heart of Riviera Nayarit, surrounded by jungle with spectacular ocean views. We are located 50 miles north of Puerto Vallarta and about 25 minutes north of Sayulita. This slightly rustic two-bedroom, two story duplex has it's own private pool and patio plus a balcony off of the master bedroom upstairs and a rooftop terrace. Enjoy 180 degree ocean views perfect for whale watching and enjoying beautiful ocean sunsets everyday. Home is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, television, internet, everything needed to cook your own meals, microwave and coffee maker. Las Cuevitas beach, an almost private beach/bay is just down the street from the development. Chacala beach is 25 minutes away where you can eat a great seafood meal at one of the beach restaurants, swim in the pristine waters and nap in a hammock if you please.
