This unique two-level home features beautiful wood floors and vaulted wood ceilings over the great room and loft.Outside, there's a large screened porch with plenty of seating and a large outdoor dining table. It's the perfect spot for birdwatching, an al fresco meal or a sunset cocktail. Inside, the kitchen features a gas range and tons of workspace and storage. There's a four-seat dining table and two-seat breakfast bar. The living area has a super-comfortable sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The main level has a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a full bath with laundry and a second bedroom with full/twin bunk with trundle below.The large loft has a king bedroom with en-suite bath and a separate bonus space with table and desk with computer monitor and expansive views of the open water, canal and woods. Ultra high speed 1GB fiber optic internet for remote work or gaming.No cable TV, but streaming packages available. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There's plenty of parking for your RV, boat trailer and any other toys you want to bring with you, plus a lockable storage shed near the water for all your gear.
